Lawn and Garden Maintenance at all properties in Northern Dauphin County owned by the Housing Authority of the County of Dauphin

Project Description: Sealed bids will be accepted to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and services and perform and complete all work required for Lawn and Garden Maintenance at all properties in Northern Dauphin County owned by the Housing Authority of the County of Dauphin. Bids will be received only through PennBid until 12 Noon, prevailing time, January 30, 2026. The bid will be awarded at the February 10, 2026, Board Meeting. No bids will be accepted in person or by mail
Bidding documents, including plans and technical specifications for this contract may be obtained only through PennBid.
Attention is called to the fact that not less than the minimum salaries and wages set forth in the contract must be paid on this project and that the contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, age, religion, sex, handicap or national origin. Bidders are also advised that HUD’s Section 3 requirements apply to this contract. Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs) and Women Business Enterprises (WBEs) are encouraged to bid.
The Housing Authority of the County of Dauphin reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bidding. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the Housing Authority of the County of Dauphin.
A Pre-Bid conference will be held at Rattling Creek Apartments 15 South 2nd Street Lykens Pa. 17048 on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at 10:00 AM. All interested bidders are strongly urged to attend the Pre-Bid Conference.
