The Chattooga County Board of Education is seeking quotes for the consideration of lawn care service at Chattooga County High School. Service providers should review all items, conditions, and specifications prior to submitting a quote.

Request For Quote:

All quotes should be on company letterhead and include:

• Proof of Liability Insurance

• Quotes should be specific for the upcoming season, April - October

• Quotes should be detailed to include once-a-week mowing, weed eating, and cleanup schedule

• 3 Commercial and/or Governmental reference preferred

Site Meeting: Service providers interested in submitting a quote should attend a site visit on March 13 @ 10:00 AM

• Site address is 989 Highway 114 Summerville, GA 30747

Deadline: All quotes should be in a sealed envelope and turned in at the Chattooga County Board of Education office located at 33 Middle School Road Summerville, GA 30747 by March 18, 2026 @ 11:00 AM.

Award of Quotes: Quotes will be evaluated and presented to the Chattooga County Board of Education for consideration. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all quotes and to accept the quote which appears to be in the best interest of the school system.
