271647 - Lawn Care - Logistics

Lawn Service for the period 10/1/2026 thru 9/30/2027.

Weekly mowing, edging and trimming of all lawn areas during the growing season.

Growing season is defined as April 1st thru October 31st.

During November through March, lawn service will be bi-weekly or as needed.

Grounds will be mowed or trimmed to the roadside, all curbs and walkways will be power edged.

All sidewalks, walkways and building entrance way will be blown after each cutting.

All clippings and debris will be removed from property.

All curbs and walkways will be kept free from wild grass that grows through cracks.

Invoices should be submitted once a month and payment is made in arrears.

QUOTE SHOULD BE SUBMITTED AS A PER SERVICE AMOUNT. (This amount will be adjusted to the number of services listed. Approx. 41 cuts)

Awarded vendor to supply all materials and/or equipment needed to perform these services.

Subcontracting of this service by awarded vendor is NOT allowed and will result in termination of the contract. The person(s) performing this service should be the owner or a legal employee of the awarded vendor.

Any damages to grounds, lawn, and/or building during the performance of these services will be solely the responsibility of the awarded vendor to correct.

In order to properly quote this service, a site visit is MANDATORY.

Please note that any quotes received from vendors that did not attend the site visit will NOT be considered.

Site visit is scheduled for Friday, August 14, 2026 at 9:00am.

There will be a sign in sheet for vendors.

ADPH reserves the right to not award based on budget restrictions.

All flower beds will be redone with new pine straw twice annually, once in November 2026 and once in April 2027.

Vendor must furnish all pine straw for all beds.

Payment is made in arrears.

All Crape Myrtles will be pruned once annually in the Spring.

All shrubs, trees and plants around the building (except Crepe Myrtles) will be trimmed or pruned twice annually, once in November 2026 and once in April 2027.
