Lawn Care/Grounds Maintenance - Clanton Office

The Alabama Board of Nursing is seeking to establish an Annual Agreement for the performance of monthly lawn care and grounds maintenance services at the following location:
ABN Satellite Office located at 206 Medical Center Drive, Clanton, AL 35045
Monthly lawn care and grounds maintenance services to include mowing, weed-eating, edging all sidewalks, and weed flower beds in the  front and side of building; blow off parking lot, sidewalks, doorways, and sides of building, tree/bush trimming, and mulch/pine straw at each service.
Period Covered: 05/XX/2025-09/30/2025. Will need to rebid for 10/01/2025-09/30/2026.

Vendors will be required to sign in at the mandatory site visit.  Only those vendors that are signed in will be allowed to bid.  Failure to attend the mandatory pre-bid site visit or failure to sign in will result in the rejection of your bid.

Meeting will begin in the Lobby.

Awarded vendor to supply all chemicals, materials and/or equipment needed to perform these services. Subcontracting of this service by awarded vendor is not allowed and will result in termination of the contract. The person(s) performing this service should be the owner or a legal employee of the awarded vendor. Any damages to grounds, lawn, and/or building during the performance of these services will be solely the responsibility of the awarded vendor to correct.
