SUBJECT: Law Enforcement Vessel



This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is PANAPG-25-P-0000-001092, and this solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).



Description: The Army Contracting Center-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) has requested one Enforcement maritime patrol watercraft, which is a commercial rigid inflatable boat with specialized components and is 25' and 26' in length. The maximum vessel capacity is 14-16 passengers. It is required to deliver shrink wrap.



For purposes of this acquisition, the associated North American Industrial Classification System code (NAICS) code is 336612. This requirement is set-aside for small business.



The Product Service Code (PSC) is 1940.
