For a contractor’s proposal to be considered, the contractor is required to complete at least one on-site visit, not to include the pre-bid meeting.
The submissions must be received by FRIDAY, June 12th, 2026, at 12:00 pm CDT within a sealed envelope labeled “RFP – 2026 – Security Control System”.
