Ellis County, Kansas is now accepting Design/Build proposals for the renovation of the Ellis County Law Enforcement Center, located at 105 West 12th Street in Hays, Kansas.

Questions must be received at least 96 hours prior to bid opening. All questions received and their answers shall be posted online and emailed to participating Respondents so that all potential Respondents may see them.

The submissions must be received by FRIDAY, April 17th, 2026, at 12:00 pm CDT within a sealed envelope labeled “RFP – 2026 – LEC Renovation”.
