Ellis County Kansas Commission is accepting Request for Proposals (RFP), to install approximately 136’ of a privacy flat top 3-channel fence. This fence will be located at the Ellis County Law Enforcement Center located at 105 West 12th Street in Hays Kansas. This fence will be located around the rock garden between the law enforcement center and the Hays Public Library. An image of the building’s East parking lot is attached at the end of this section.

The submissions must be received by Friday, November 15th, 2024, at 12:00 pm CDT within a sealed envelope labeled “RFP – 2024 – LEC Fence”. The location to drop of bid documents is at 1105 East 22nd Street, Hays Kansas, 67601 at the Ellis County Emergency Services Building.
