Law Enforcement Center Fence Installation

Ellis County Kansas Commission is accepting Request for Proposals (RFP), to install approximately 136’ of a privacy flat top 3-channel fence.  This fence will be located at the Ellis County Law Enforcement Center located at 105 West 12th Street in Hays Kansas. This fence will be located around the rock garden between the law enforcement center and the Hays Public Library.  An image of the building’s East parking lot is attached at the end of this section.
