2025 Lavatory Buildings Rehabilitation

Project Description: Rehabilitation of three existing triturator facilities. The work will include: replacement of triturator pumps, associated zoning and valves; water heaters and controls; replacement of make-up air equipment and supporting electrical systems and controls; sump area and parking bay area drains; electrical sub-panel replacement, transformers, and feeder circuiting; building controls system integration; power receptacles, lighting fixture replacement; security camera installation; miscellaneous conduit replacement; replacement of overhead doors in the parking bay areas, pedestrian doors and frames, exterior envelope, roofing, and waterproofing.
