Laurium Trailhead Relocation and CR 528 Realignment

Summit County Government (“County”) is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide services for the following:

1. Construction management, clearing, grading, excavation, import, material placement, erosion control, and traffic control for the relocation of the Laurium Open Space trailhead parking area (Primary Bid);
2. Relocation of approximately 750’ of CR528 (Bid Alternate 1) on Summit County Open Space property, as outlined in the attached Bid Plans (Attachment A) and Specifications (Attachment B).
