Laurens County Burn Building Training Facility RFP

Laurens County is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified firms for the design, engineering, and construction of a burn building to support live-fire and all-hazards training for firefighters. The facility will serve as a critical component of the department¿s training program, enabling realistic, NFPA-compliant training scenarios. Proposals must be submitted to the Laurens County Commissioners Office located at 117 East Jackson Street, Dublin, Georgia no later than 10:00 A.M. Monday, April 6, 2026, at which time the bids will be opened. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.

The successful bidder will submit certificate of workers comp., liability insurance and E-Verify compliance when the bid is awarded. The successful bidder will also be required to provide a payment and performance bond .
