Addendum 1: The purpose of this addendum is to revise the due date and time of the Solicitation, update Exhibit D: Price Schedule, and respond to questions received by the deadline stated in the Solicitation.

***THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Fax responses and non-electronic responses will NOT be accepted. All responses must be submitted on-line through the SWIFT Supplier Portal before the Event Due Date and Time. Late responses will not be accepted.

PURPOSE: The purpose of this Solicitation (RFP) is to receive responses and award a contract with a Contractor(s) to provide Laundry/Rental Service of Linens, Roll Towels, Shop Towels, All-Weather Entrance Floor Mats, Safety Mats and Dust Mops for State Agencies. Laundry linens specified in this Contract are not customer owned and must be furnished by the Contractor.
Other State government agencies and Cooperative Purchasing Venture (CPV) members may use this Contract. The Contractor agrees to provide the Contract to CVP members at the same prices, terms, conditions and specifications. Orders may be issued on an as-needed basis. Quantities may vary. The state anticipates multiple awards for this Solicitation.

SUBMITTING QUESTIONS. Questions from prospective responders regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing to Molly.Gunderson@state.mn.us no later than 2:00 p.m. CT, June 16, 2025. All questions received by the cutoff date and time will be responded to via an addendum. Contact regarding this solicitation with any State personnel other than the Buyer listed above may result in rejection of the response.
