Department of Veteran Affairs for an initial period beginning with date of award and ending June 30,

2027, At the option of the State of Louisiana and acceptance by the Contractor, this contract may be

renewed for two additional 12-month periods at the same prices, terms and conditions. Total contract

time not to exceed 36 months.
