LAUNDRY CLEANING SERVICES AT ACS SITES

The City of New York Administration for Children's Services (“ACS”) seeks a responsible vendor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to perform laundry cleaning services for the Nicholas Scoppetta Children’s Center, two (2) secure detention facilities, the Horizon Juvenile Center and the Crossroads Juvenile Center, and other locations as may be identified by ACS.

Anticipated Contract Term

• September 1, 2026 to August 31, 2029, with the option to renew for one (1) additional three (3) year term.

Anticipated Funding and Payment Structure

• Anticipated total maximum available funding is $925,988.00 for the three-year contract term.
• Estimated number of contracts: one (1).
• Contractor will be reimbursed via a rate structure based on proposed rates.

Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (M/WBE) Goals / Subcontracting Information

• This contract is subject to NYC Local Law 1 subcontracting goals. The target M/WBE utilization goal for this contract is 30% African-American.

Questions regarding this CSB must be transmitted in writing to the Agency at LaundryServicesCSB@acs.nyc.gov. Substantive information/responses to questions received will be released in an addendum to the CSB. ACS cannot guarantee a timely response to written questions regarding this CSB that are received less than one week prior to the bid closing date.
