NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY OF LAUDERHILL is requesting sealed bids for the following project:

LAUDERHILL POLICE TOWER REPAIRS and REMEDIATION BID NUMBER: 2025-026

CITY OF LAUDERHILL, FLORIDA

The City of Lauderhill will accept sealed proposals until 2:45 P.M. EST, February 20, 2025, through IonWave at:

https://lauderhill.ionwave.net/ . Proposals submitted after 2:45 P.M. will not be considered. This project involves the repair and remediation of the Towers at the Lauderhill Police Station.

All bidders must be registered online with the City of Lauderhill. To register, please visit: https://lauderhill.ionwave.net/ .

The statement of work will be available starting January 30, 2024 through IonWave. Vendors who obtain the solicitation documents from sources other than IonWave should be aware that the package may be incomplete. Additionally, all addenda will be posted and disseminated via IonWave.

For questions regarding the technical aspects of this BID, please submit inquiries via IonWave. All questions must be submitted no later than ten (10) days prior to the closing date.

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for February 10, 2025, at 9:00 AM, which may be followed by a site visit.

The City of Lauderhill has determined that this BID is reserved for SBE participation and will comply with City Code of Ordinance Chapter 2, Article III, Section 2-139. (f)(3) – Local Vendors.
