Large-scale materials contracts

The California High-Speed Rail Authority is advertising Invitations for Bids for large-scale materials contracts. These contracts include Overhead Contact System (OCS) Poles, Long Welded Rail, Monobloc Concrete Ties, Ballast, OCS Components, and Fiber Optic Cables.

Please be advised that Monobloc Concrete Ties, and Ballast are currently available for bid. The remaining material procurements will be released in Quarter 1, 2026. An industry review period is currently running for Fiber Optics Cables from January 20 through February 13, 2026. That event can be found here https://caleprocure.ca.gov/event/2665/IR25-01 .
