Large Project Development Review Coordinator Consultant Services

Responses Due: 4:00 p.m., Friday, May 23, 2025

The Town of Shelburne seeks a qualified consultant to manage the development review process for a large residential project, the application submittal for which is anticipated in late summer or early Fall of 2025. The selected consultant will serve as primary staff support to the Shelburne Development Review Board specifically for this development application and be the primary contact for public inquiries regarding it. This will include drafting staff reports, reviewing application materials for compliance, and staffing hearings. Staff in the Shelburne Planning and Zoning Office will be involved and assist the selected consultant as needed. See details on the right.
