INVITATION TO BID
Sealed bids are hereby invited by Webster Parish School Board for:
Bid #85 Cafeteria Equipment - Large
Bids will be received no later than 9:00 a.m., Thursday, May 30, 2025, at the Webster Parish School Board Child Nutrition Dept, 1442 Sheppard St, Minden, La 71055.  After stamping to acknowledge timely receipt, bids will be publicly opened and read aloud by a designated representative of the Webster Parish School Board. Any bid received after this due date and time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.

Bid shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked on the outside with:
1. Bidder's name
2. Bid due date/
3. Project number/name: Bid#85 Cafeteria Equipment - Large

Bids must be submitted on the official bid form(s) furnished in the bid package. Bids submitted on any other form(s) will be rejected.
Awards will not be made at the time of the bid opening, but will be awarded by the School Board at a later meeting.
Webster Parish School Board reserves the right to reject, in whole or in part, any and all bids and to waive any and all technicalities and informalities in accordance with state law.
