Lap Blanket Garlands Horse Shows KY State Fair

Small Lap Blanket Garlands (Red Carnations): Small Lap Blanket Garlands Shall Meet the Following Specifications: -A minimum of 190 Carnations in blanket -Size: 8 inches Wide x 48 inches Long -From middle of garland, 10 inches down, 30 inches of #9 Ribbon must be attached. Ribbon color must match color of carnations/roses. -All lap blankets to be made full with flowers. No spacing or materials to be shown through flowers. -Any materials (staples, etc) required to put blankets together must not be coming through the material at all. Any blankets with objects sticking out will not be accepted by the KY State Fair Board. -Flowers must be fresh and of good quality. -Any material and/or flowers that do not meet the specifications above will not be accepted by the State Fair Board. All deliveries must be approved by Carrie Schueler or designated KSFB representative on delivery. No delivery shall be accepted without her inspection and approval. -Vendor must adhere to delivery schedule set forth by the Fair Board. Each year, the KY State Fair Board will work with vendor to establish delivery/quantity schedule.
