LANSDOWNE BOROUGH GLADSTONE MANOR SANITARY SEWER REHABILITATION
PROJECT
Sealed bids will be received by LANSDOWNE Borough online via the PennBid Program at
https://pennbid.net/ on May 26, 2026 u p u n t i l 10:00am, prevailing time, at which time they will
be publicly opened digitally via the PennBid service.

There is no fee to download and review the project materials. The awarded bidder is
responsible for all fees due to the PennBid service.
LANSDOWNE Borough is soliciting bids for a Cured in Place Pipe lining (CIPP) of
approximately 1,000 LF of sanitary sewer main. The project will also include the repair of 10
manholes along the sanitary sewer line. The project location starts at Madison Road and Eldon
Avenue along the alignment from Manhole #203 through Shrigley Park, terminating at the
Delaware County Joint Authority system.
Bids must be made on the forms furnished by the Owner and must be accompanied by a certified
check or bid bond issued by a Surety licensed to conduct business in the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, in the amount of at least ten (10%) of the total price bid made payable to the Owner.
The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment
Bonds, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price with a corporate
surety approved by the Owner.
The Bidder's attention is called to the fact that this project is assisted with federal funds, and various
federal requirements apply as noted in the bid documents, including but not limited to equal
opportunity provisions. Davis-Bacon and Related Acts, Build America Buy America Act
and Section 3 Final rule threshold requirements for contracts over $200,000 in HUD funds.
Award of Contract will be to the lowest responsible bidder, but the Owner reserves the unqualified
right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities.
This is a Federally funded project, Davis Bacon rates apply.
