Bid documents may be obtained at https://hcdeebid.ionwave.net where questions may be left as well. Interested proposers are encouraged to thoroughly read the RFP document.

The initial base term of the prospective contract is a period of one calendar year, and HCDE may elect to extend any contract awarded pursuant to this RFP for up to four additional one-year renewal terms.
