Description
Scope of work includes roof repairs of existing structural standing seam metal roof
system at Langston Chapel Elementary School and roof replacement of shingle roof
system down to the existing roof deck/sheathing at Langston Chapel Middle School.
Roof repairs include roof panels, panel clips, rake flashing, ridge flashing, and associated
sheet metal components and accessories are included. Roof replacement includes roof
deck repairs, underlayment installation, an architectural shingle roof system and
