Lanesville Fire Station Addition and Renovation Design Build Contractor Services RFP

The Town of New Milford (Town) seeks the services of a professional contractor licensed in the State of Connecticut with building design, site planning, project management and construction experience.

The project goal is to a select a contractor who has a proven construction track record to build a finished structure which meets the requirements of an essential services building and functional fire station. in the Town of New Milford.

This project includes renovating the approximately 5,940 square feet existing fire station, expanding it by approximately 8,250 square feet. When complete, the building should represent a finished structure and meet the requirements of an emergency/essential services building.
