Description
Scope of Work - The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform the following landscaping services for the Iowa School for the Deaf:
Fertilizer with Pre-emergent and broadleaf weed control
Fertilizer with preventative grub worm insecticide and broadleaf weed control
Fall aeration - relief of soil compaction
Over-seeding - Turf-type fescue/bluegrass mix. Recommended to use no less than 2 lbs. per 1,000 sq. feet.
Tree-trimming services as requested.
