The City of Mobile will receive quotes for the following Project:
Project Name: LANDSCAPING SERVICES AT JAPANESE GARDENS
Project Location: JAPANESE GARDENS, 700 FOREST HILL DRIVE, MOBILE, AL 36608
Project Number: 2025-2045-03

The City of Mobile will receive quotes for the above stated project on July 25, 2025, no later than 2:00 PM CT. Quotes can be received by email to Steve Ogburn, Project Manager (steve.ogburn@cityofmobile.org). Quotes may also be delivered in person to the following address:
City of Mobile, Programs and Project Management Department Second Floor – South Tower, 205 Government Street, Mobile, AL 36602.

This is NOT a tax-exempt project. Quotes shall include all applicable sales and use taxes.

Scope of Work:
Provide one-time landscaping services to Japanese Gardens, 700 Forest Hill Drive, Mobile, AL 36608, as specified in
the Scope of Work – Landscaping Services, dated July 8, 2025 (attached as Exhibit 1). Please download PDF for complete Request for Quotes, detailed scope of work and proposal sheet (below).

Pre-Quote Conference:
A mandatory Pre-Quote conference shall be held in the Japanese Gardens Parking Lot, 700 Forest Hill Drive, Mobile, AL 36608, commencing on Thursday, July 17th at 8:00 AM CT. A representative of the company may be present at the meeting.

It is the responsibility of the BIDDER to check for, download and to include with their BID RESPONSE any and all ADDENDUMS that are issued for a specific BID issued by the City of Mobile. Failure to download and include ADDENDUM(s) in your BID RESPONSE may cause your bid to be rejected. This is a sealed bid. Any responses faxed or e-mailed will be rejected. This is a sealed bid. All responses must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the bid number on the outside of the envelope with the bid opening date. Any response that arrives improperly marked or with no bid number and opening date on the outside of the delivery or express package and opened in error will be rejected and not considered. It is the responsibility of the bidder to insure that their bid response is delivered to and received in the at the location or address specifically directed in the specification by the date and time prescribed.
