BID NOTICE

The Board of Education of Evanston Township High School District 202 will accept sealed bids

for the 2026 Landscape Services to be opened and read publicly, at Evanston Township High

School room S133 located at 1600 Dodge Avenue Evanston, Illinois 60201.

MANDATORY ATTENDANCE PRE-BID MEETING and walkthrough on Thursday February 12,

2026 at 1:00pm in the Operations Office S133. Attendance will be taken at the site to ensure

that all contractors have visited the site. Non-attendance will be grounds for rejection of bid.

Subcontractors are encouraged, but not required to attend.

BID DUE DATE: Tuesday February 24,2026 at 10:00am in the Operations Office S133. It is the

contractor’s responsibility to make sure that their sealed bids arrive in the Operations Office

S133 at Evanston Township High School. Do not leave bids at the Security desk and do not

send them by mail.

LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. A 10% bid bond will be required. Contractors shall

comply with the Prevailing Wage Act(Illinois Revised Statutes, Chapter 48, Section 395-1-12).

The owner reserves the right to waive any or all bids, or to accept that bid which, in their

judgment, is in the best interest of the Board of Education. Minorities are encouraged to bid. It is

the responsibility of each bidder to make sure your sealed bids are received in the Operations
