26-002 Landscaping Services

Sealed Bids: Sealed BIDs for the project entitled Landscaping Services will be received until Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. EST at City Hall, 5410 Pine Street, Flowery Branch, GA 30542, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read. No BID may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of ninety (90) days.

Work To Be Done: The Work to be completed for Landscaping Services is described briefly as follows:
The City of Flowery Branch is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors to provide landscaping services at multiple municipal locations. Services shall include mowing, pruning, weed control, installation of seasonal flowers, mulching, and related maintenance activities.

Specifications and Contract Documents: Complete specifications and contract documents are available at www.flowerybranchga.org/BIDs. All vendor communications concerning this acquisition must be directed to the Finance Department correspondent: Nancy Rodriguez at 770-967-6371 or Nrodriguez@flowerybranchga.org. Unauthorized contact regarding the bid with other City of Flowery Branch employees may result in disqualification. Any oral communications will be considered unofficial and non-binding on the City of Flowery Branch. Vendors should rely only on written statements issued by the Bid correspondent.

Reservation of Rights: Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, the rights to reject any or all nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced or conditional Bids and to reject the Bid of any Bidder if Owner believes that it would not be in the best interest of the Project to make an award to that Bidder, whether because the Bid is not responsive or the Bidder is unqualified or of doubtful financial ability or fails to meet any other pertinent standard or criteria established by the Owner.
