NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY OF AMERICAN CANYON, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, will receive Contract Proposals up to the hour of 3:00 pm on Friday, May 9, 2025 through the e-procurement portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofamericancanyon . Proposals will be opened immediately thereafter, through the e-procurement portal, and referred to the City Council for consideration at the next regularly scheduled meeting.

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held in person at 10:00 am on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at American Canyon City Hall, HR Annex - 4381 Broadway, Suite 104, American Canyon, CA 94503 .

Background

The City of American Canyon is an area of 6.13 square miles and consists of 32 parks, three landscaping and lighting zones, recreational trails, open spaces and drainage areas. The City of American Canyon prides itself on being leaders in environmental action, responsible growth, and a sustainable future. In maintaining those actions, the City utilizes recycled water instead of potable water for landscaping.
