THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. THE PURPOSE OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. RESPONSE TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT WILL BE USED BY THE GOVERNMENT TO MAKE APPROPRIATE ACQUISITION DECISIONS. A SUBSEQUENT SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT MAY FOLLOW. This IS NOT a Request for Offers or Proposals. This notice does not represent a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. Therefore, all potential offerors, both LARGE and SMALL businesses, are encouraged to respond. The applicable NAICS code is 561730-Landscaping.

The General Services Administration (GSA), Public Building Service (PBS), Acquisition Management Division (AMD) is seeking qualified providers who can provide full Landscaping and Related Services at the following locations:

Location 1:

Walter H. Rice Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse, 200 W. Second Street, Dayton, OH 45402-1443

Location 2:

Federal Parking Lot, Third & Perry Streets, Dayton, OH 45402-1819

Location 3:

National Archives & Records Center- Building 4, 3150 N. Springboro Road, Moraine, OH 45439-1969

This project includes, but is not limited to, providing performance-based landscaping services. The contractor shall provide the management, supervision, manpower, equipment and supplies necessary to provide landscaping services. The Contractor shall be responsible for performing all work under this contract in accordance with all Federal, State, County, City laws and codes, and follow the more stringent of them. In addition to compliance with these laws, the Contractor shall follow all applicable standard industry practices including but not limited to: Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA).
