Landscaping Huntsville Lab FY25

Purpose of Solicitation: Landscaping for ADFS Huntsville. Located at 5050 Technology Dr. Huntsville, Alabama 35805.
Service period from the time of award to 09/30/2025, with an option to cancel.

Cancellation Clause:
ADFS reserves the right to cancel the contract if the University of Alabama Huntsville begins providing landscaping; the awarded supplier will be given a 30 days cancellation notice.

Item Line#1 -Mowing every 2 weeks(Price per cut must be entered) (to include trimming, edging, blowing and picking up leaves and debris).
Item Line#2 -Fertilization and weed control of lawn 4 visits April, June, July & September. (Price per treatment must be entered) Must provide proof of license to spray.  This can be obtained via Department of Agriculture and Industries. Our agency does NOT know the requirement for the certificate. Please visit the Department of Agriculture and Industries's website for certificate requirements.
Item Line#3 -Watering (Price Per Visit must be entered) (Estimated to be 3 times a month for shrubs and grass). Supplier must provide water hoses.

Site Visits are allowed while the bid is open between the hours of 8:00am-4:00pm
