LANDSCAPING AND GROUNDS MAINTENANCE SERVICES - CAMPUS WIDE AND ATHLETIC FIELDS
Southern Connecticut State University (“SCSU” or “the University”) is issuing this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) to solicit competitive proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to provide landscaping and grounds maintenance services. This RFP includes two distinct scopes of work: Scope A, Campus Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance Services, and Scope B, Athletic Field Maintenance Services – Baseball and Softball. Proposers may submit proposals for one or more scopes and must provide separate pricing for each scope proposed.
