Plants must be nursery grown in accordance with good horticultural practices under climatic conditions similar to or more severe than those of point-of delivery unless specifically authorized.
Plants must be of selected specimen quality exceptionally heavy, symmetrical tightly knit and so trained or favored in its development and appearance as to be unquestionable and outstandingly superior in form, branches compactness and symmetry. Plants must be sound healthy and vigorous, well branched.
