The Town of Weymouth, acting through its Chief Procurement Officer, invites sealed bids from qualified contractors for Landscape Maintenance and Services at various Town-owned properties within Weymouth, Massachusetts.

Bid documents may be obtained from the Town of Weymouth Procurement Office by sending an email to procurement@weymouth.ma.us beginning Monday, May 11, 2026 at 8:30AM.

A non-mandatory site visit will be held on Tuesday May 19, 2026 at 10:00 AM. Interested bidders must register in advance by emailing procurement@weymouth.ma.us to be added to the attendee list. Attendance is highly recommended.  Only registered attendees will receive any updates or communications related to the site visit.

All questions must be submitted in writing to procurement@weymouth.ma.us no later than 3:00PM on Wednesday,May 27, 2026. Responses will be issued via addendum and distributed to all registered bidders by 3:00PM on Wednesday, June 3, 2026.

Sealed bids are due on Friday, June 12, 2026 at 11:00 AM and must be delivered to:

Late bids will not be accepted. Bidders are responsible for ensuring timely delivery of their submissions.

The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder offering the lowest total price, in accordance with the bid specifications. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids if deemed in the best interest of the Town.

Minimum qualifications, scope of work, and submission requirements are detailed in the Invitation to Bid. This procurement is subject to applicable Massachusetts General Laws, including prevailing wage requirements.
