25-3919 - Landscape & Irrigation Maintenance for New GTA Facility

The City of Greenville is assisting the Greenville Transit Authority (GTA) in Greenville, South Carolina, in soliciting bids from qualified contractors for Landscape & Irrigation Maintenance of the GTA Operations and Maintenance Facility located at 205 Arcadia Drive, Greenville, SC 29609. The Services will include labor, materials, supplies, and equipment as needed to assure optimum maintenance of landscape and turf areas, plant material, and equipment.

The length of the contract shall be three (3) years from the effective date, with the right to extend for two (2) successive one-year terms. Renewal for each successive year shall be based on acceptable Contractor performance under the terms of the contract. Such determination shall be conducted no later than thirty (30) days prior to the end of each year, at which time Greenlink/City will notify the contractor of its intent to renew.

A NON-MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. EST, February 6, 2025 at GTA’s new facility, located at 205 Arcadia Drive, Greenville, SC 29609.

Bids will be received electronically until 2:00 P.M. ET, February 20, 2025.  The deadline for questions is 2:00 p.m., February 13, 2025.
