One-Time Landscape cleanup and maintenance services at the Bellflower DMV Field Office.  Term: Thirty-six (36) months (see Schedule of Events for proposed start date of contract).  See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services.
1- Contractor must have: a C-27, Landscaping Contractor License, issued by the Contractors State License Board.
Estimated budget cost $35,643.00. for Thirty-six (36) months term.
Current contractor and cost: J&S Property Management& Maintenance, Inc. One time landscape cleanup service $1,500.00-one-time payment.
Monthly landscape Maintenance $750.00 for Thirty-six (36) months term and yearly maintenance service $1,500.00 for 3 services.  Total contract award $33,000.00.
