Landfill Transfer Station Repair
Synopsis:

Submissions marked "COR26-00091 – Landfill Small Vehicle Transfer Station Infrastructure Repair" will be received by the City of Regina (see Part 1.5.1 of the RFP), no later than 2:00:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, on Tuesday June 9, 2026.

The City seeks proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to provide construction services for the repair of the Small Vehicle Transfer Station (SVTS), at the City’s landfill located at 1101 Fleet Street North, Regina, SK.

The scope of work includes the following, but is not limited to:

  • Removal and replacement of concrete pad;
  • Supply and installation of the wall armoring and steel plate;
  • Concrete Repairs, both deep and shallow;
  • Site grading and rip rap;
  • Safety Guardrail, etc.

Unless otherwise indicated, and subject to applicable exceptions and exclusions, this procurement is covered by:

Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement
Article 14 of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement

There will not be a public opening however the list of firm names who submitted a response will be posted to the Sasktenders website.

Additional Information:

There will be an on-site pre-bid meeting at the landfill located at 1101 Fleet Street on Tuesday May 19, 2026, 10:30 AM CST for any interested proponents.The following personal protective equipment is required to be worn during the site meeting:

  • Hard hat;
  • Hi-vis vest; and,
  • Steel-toed boots.
