INVITATION TO BID
The KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH will receive sealed bids until 2:00pm (local time), March 3, 2026, for Landfill Soil Remediation Project.
All work to be done under one Contractor as described in the Scope of Work: to provide land preparation, material placement, monitoring, and Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (ADEC) reporting for landfarming activities associated with 71 supersacks of contaminated soil, each averaging approximately 2,500-2,600 pounds. Land farm construction must be substantially complete not later than May 15, 2026.
There will be a mandatory pre-bid conference on February 20, 2026, at 10:00am (local time) at Kodiak Island Borough Conference Room 121, 710 Mill Bay Road, Kodiak, Alaska. If desired, there will be a site visit after the initial pre-bid conference. Potential bidders are encouraged to attend this conference.
