Landfill Gas Management Services RFP

Cowlitz County is seeking proposals for the provision of Landfill Gas Management Services at the Cowlitz County Headquarters Landfill and the closed Cowlitz County Tennant Way Lanfill.  Service provided will include, but not be limited to, landfill gas compliance testing and reporting, gas collection and control system (GCCS) adjustments and troubleshooting.  Cowlitz County requires the Contractor to be committed to maintaining the highest professional standards.  To this end, adherence to the terms and conditions of the Request for Proposal and associated documents are required.
