Project Description: The Maryland Environmental Service (Service or MES) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP), on behalf of Prince George’s County (County), to develop and implement a project for the beneficial use of landfill gas (LFG) generated at the Brown Station Road Sanitary Landfill in Prince George’s County, Maryland. The intent is to enter into an agreement for the sale of landfill gas (LFG) produced at the site and a site lease that will enable the Offeror to cover the full project including design, permitting, construction, interconnection, commissioning and operation.
