Landfill Fence Repairs 2025 RFQ

The purpose of this project is to strengthen the landfill perimeter fence to prevent bear entry while maintaining necessary site functions.  Quotes will be accepted until 2:00pm local time on September 30 ^th , 2025, at the Office of Finance, 710 Mill Bay Road, Kodiak, Alaska, 99615. The quotes will be publicly opened and read at that time. Quotes will be accepted via email, fax, mail, or in person (to the contact outlined below or found at the bottom of the Registration Form).

There will be a mandatory Pre-Quote meeting will be held at 9:00am on September 22 ^nd , 2025, at the in the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly Chambers, 710 Mill Bay Road, Kodiak, Alaska, 99615. Questions are due to Staff by 1:00pm local time on September 23 ^rd , 2025.

All work shall be completed in accordance with the attached specifications and/or plans from the written Notice to Proceed until contract termination on October 31, 2025.
