Notice is hereby given that Shenandoah County (County) will accept sealed bids for its Landfill Citizens' Convenience Center and Facility Upgrades project. Bids will be accepted in the Office of the County Administrator, Attention: Deputy County Administrator, 600 North Main Street, Suite 102, Woodstock, Virginia, 22664, or by email at

, until 2:00 pm local prevailing time on November 12, 2025, when all bids will be publicly opened. The bids should be clearly marked “Landfill Citizens' Convenience Center and Facility Upgrades.” The bid shall be signed by an authorized offeror or representative and made in accordance with the Invitation to Bid. Shenandoah County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities or irregularities when deemed to be in the best interest of the County.
