Project Description: This project includes but is not limited to Cell 5 Mass Excavation, Structural Fill Placement, Compacted Cohesive Soil Barrier Layer Placement, Underdrain and Leachate Collection System Installation, Protective Soil Layer Placement, Manhole, Concrete Headwall and Forcemain Construction, Existing Waste Hill Erosion Control Construction, and other Associated Site Improvements. The City of Brownsville has received an allocation of funds and is issuing a Solicitation for Sealed Bids to solicit responses for a construction contract.
