Land Use Consulting Services for Tahoe Justice Center Replacement Project

Placer County desires to replace the aging Tahoe Justice Center facilities located 2501 N. Lake Boulevard and known to the County as “Burton Creek”, with a new contemporary facility that houses a variety of justice related departments and their associated equipment.

The County of Placer Department of Facilities Management (County) is seeking proposals from land use consulting firms that have reputable experience and strong knowledge of regulations and procedures associated with land development projects within the Lake Tahoe Basin. This RFP will result in the award of one contract for the subject project.

This solicitation includes a description of the scope of work, proposal requirements, and instructions for submitting your proposal.

A Pre-Proposal Conference has been scheduled for December 14, 2023 @ 10:30am. The Pre-Proposal Conference location will be at the Office of Procurement Services located 2964 Richardson Drive Auburn, CA. 95603. Interested firms will have an opportunity to submit questions regarding the requirements outlined in this RFP. While attendance is not mandatory, interested proposers are highly encouraged to attend, as this meeting will not be recorded. In order to make the meeting more effective for all participants, attendees should read the bid documents thoroughly prior to the meeting.
