Land Surveyor Services

The State of Ohio - Department of Administrative Services (DAS) is soliciting for a price quote and schedule for the preparation of a separate Metes and Bounds Legal description and Survey Plat for property delineated in the attached map and Scope of Work. The real property to be surveyed is located along US 42/Stevenson Road, Xenia, Greene County. The price quote should also include your submission of the necessary application and related supporting document(s) needed to obtain a lot split, splitting Areas #1 and #2 (shown in the attached Scope of Work), through the local jurisdiction authority.

Please be sure to include the state contract number in the contract column of the grid, if applicable.

Completion of the grid is required and will be considered the response for evaluation.  No outside/additional documentation will be considered.

The State Standard Terms and Conditions apply to this solicitation.  No additional terms and conditions will be accepted.

Selection will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible quote.

DAS may execute a written contract with the awarded supplier.
