Description
The Town of Sterling Economic Development Commission is requesting sealed proposals from qualified and licensed Land Surveying Firms to provide professional land surveying services to the Office of the First Selectman for land use planning and subdivision of Parcel ID 03842-017-30AA, located at Industrial Park Road North, Sterling, CT, consisting of approximately 54.36 acres (+/-). This parcel is intended for subdivision into 2-acre lots as a continuation of the existing industrial park.
