Land Surveying Services for Stonebrook Sidewalk Project

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Nolensville is seeking statements of qualification from qualified firms to provide land surveying services for the Stonebrook Sidewalk Project. The project includes surveying services to support the design and construction of approximately 1,400 linear feet of new sidewalk along portions of Baronswood Drive, Norfolk Lane, and Countryside Drive.

Only firms licensed to practice land surveying in the State of Tennessee and authorized to do business in Tennessee will be considered. Selection will be based on qualifications, project understanding, approach, experience with similar projects, and past performance. The Town will utilize a qualifications-based selection process, and cost information shall not be included in the Statement of Qualifications.

Proposal Submission Deadline:
Statements of Qualifications must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. CDT on Tuesday, August 4, 2026. Submittals received after this date and time will not be considered.

SUBMITTAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Submittals must be in a sealed envelope clearly marked “ STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS – LAND SURVEYING SERVICES ” and delivered or mailed to:

The Town of Nolensville reserves the right to reject any or all submittals, to waive informalities, and to accept the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the citizens of Nolensville, Tennessee.

An RFQ pre-submittal conference will not be held. Questions regarding the RFQ should be directed via email to Enoch Jarrell, ejarrell@nolensvilletn.gov .   The Town will maintain a list of questions and responses for distribution in the form of an addenda that will be posted on the Towns website on Friday, July 31, 2026. Questions will be accepted through Wednesday, July 29, 2026, to ensure that all parties have adequate time to review the response(s) prior to the submittal deadline.
