Land Surveying Services

The City of South Portland, Maine, invites qualified and licensed Land Surveying firms to electronically submit bids to the Office of the Purchasing Agent, Matthew Fitzgerald, at For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. for the proposed Facilities Renovations & Construction, no later than 2 p.m. local time on Tuesday February 25, 2025. Proposals submitted after this time will not be accepted. Each bidder must submit a single email, where the subject line clearly states “Land Surveying Services (BID# 23-25)”.

The City of South Portland is seeking bids from qualified land surveyors to investigate and document the existing city-owned property located at 240 Ocean Street, South Portland. The scope of the project will be limited to the identified site and immediate abutting properties and public ways.

Electronic (PDF) copies of the Bid Document may be downloaded at https://southportland.gov/Bids.aspx . Printed copies of the Bid Documents are not available.

The City reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, to waive any technical or legal deficiencies, and to accept any Bid that it may deem to be in the best interests of the City.
