  The Marin County Department of Public Works (DPW) seeks qualified consultants or consultant teams to assist in the preparation of Public Works Objective Design and Development Standards (PW ODDS). The primary goal for this project is to create objective design and development standards to streamline Public Works review of land development projects defined under state law as “housing development projects” which entail the construction of five or more new multifamily housing units.

  An online pre-submittal meeting will be available for consultants on August 13, 2025, at 12:00 pm.
