Land Management and Permitting Solution

The City of Milpitas is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for a cloud-based L and Management and Permitting Solution (the "Solution") that meets or exceeds the City's requirements as specified herein. The comprehensive S olution will streamline processes and communications across multiple City departments and other involved parties . Proposals must include all software, products, and services required to successfully implement, maintain, and support the Solution. Further information is provided in this Request for Proposals ("RFP"), including t he scope of services, submittal requirements, proposal contents, the selection process, and other relevant information.

The City's current land management and permitting system no longer supports the City's needs. The intent of this RFP is to implement a new cloud-based Solution to automate and streamline the City's land management and permitting processes and functions, reduce paper usage, and improve data accuracy and communications to support the City's current and future business initiatives with real-time information and enhanced data security.

Please Note: The City retained the services of Park Consulting located in Irvine, California to assist the City with gathering requirements and developing the scope of work for this RFP. Responding proposers must disclose any conflicts of interest or potential conflicts of interest with this firm in their proposal response (see Vendor Questionnaire). A conflict of interest or the appearance of a conflict of interest if your organization is directly or indirectly involved or affiliated with Park Consulting, including, but limited to, contractual, professional, or personal relationships.
