Land Lease for Farming Operations - E Mennonite Road

The City of Aurora will accept proposals from qualified farming operations for the lease of approximately 28 tillable acres of real property located at city-owned property on Mennonite Road, formerly known as the Hach property, in the City of Aurora, Ohio, Portage County, Ohio. The land will be leased for soy and corn crop farming purposes only. No animals, parking, or storage of equipment. Approximate boundaries of the property are shown on attached Exhibit A. Specifically excluded will be adjacent areas owned by the city, including but not limited to the house and all other structures and outbuildings on the property. Conservation Plan guidelines must be followed as shown on attached Exhibit B.
